My P. metallica spiderling eating a cricket!
This ornamental tree spider comes from the forests of India where it hunts flying insects by grabbing them out of the sky. A rare gem in the hobby, this species is critically endangered due to logging on the single forest it resides in, thankfully it readily breeds in captivity.
